Shipping policy

At TailUp™, all products are created using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. This means that each item is produced only after an order is placed.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed:

  • It is automatically sent into production

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins

Production times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping & Delivery

After production, your order is shipped using standard shipping services.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Europe: 6–8 business days for most countries, and for some it can take up to 15 -18 business days

  • United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

  • International destinations: up to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. International customers outside the EU may have import taxes or customs duties applied by their local government. These fees are collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
