Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Because all our products are made-to-order, orders are sent to production immediately after checkout. For this reason, orders cannot be changed or canceledonce they are placed.

Yes. All SeaYou products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure every item is freshly made just for you.
Will the product look exactly like on the website?
We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to screen settings, fabric differences, and the print-on-demand process.

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier. Estimated shipping times are:
Europe: 6–8 business days for most countries, and for some it can take up to 15-18 business days
United States & Canada: 4–8 business days
Other international destinations: up to 20 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
